We will be running the following sessions:

Monday 7:30pm to 8:30pm  - Swimming at Walthamstow Hall Pool

Tuesday 8:00pm to 9:30pm - Running with Orpington Road Runners

Wednesday 7:00pm to 8:00pm - Swimming at Walthamstow Hall Pool

Saturday/Sunday 8:00am to 11:00 am - Cycling (Meet outside the Buff Pub)

Sunday 5:00pm to 6:00pm - Swimming at Walthamstow Hall Pool
